Initiate Your Request

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our tactical team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
